Chipotle is most well known for its gourmet food at reasonable prices and is the nation’s top restaurant seller of naturally raised meats, serving Bell and Evans chicken and Niman Ranch pork. The guiding principle is a program called “Food with Integrity”. This means working back along the food chain, going beyond distributors to discover how the vegetables are grown, how the pigs and chickens are raised and where the best spices come from.
